Rules for using SMM 021.
These terms explain the basic conditions that apply when you create an account, place orders or use the SMM 021 API.
Your account and access
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, API keys and verification links secure. Information submitted during registration must be accurate enough for account access and support.
We may restrict or disable accounts that abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation or violate these terms.
Check service details before ordering
Each service can have different minimums, maximums, delivery behavior and supported features. You are responsible for choosing the correct service, link and quantity before submitting an order.
An order that has already been submitted to a provider may not be editable or cancelable unless the service specifically supports cancellation.
Account balance
Orders are charged from the available account balance. Any future payment method must be successfully verified before funds are credited to an account.
Account balance is intended for purchasing services on the platform unless a specific refund or withdrawal policy explicitly states otherwise.
Timing can vary
Displayed delivery averages are informational and are not a guaranteed completion time. Provider load, platform changes, link availability and other external conditions may affect delivery speed.
Do not place duplicate orders for the same target while an earlier order is still active unless the service instructions explicitly allow it.
Service-specific eligibility
Refill and cancellation options are available only when the selected service supports them and the order meets the required status or eligibility conditions.
When a refund is issued for an eligible order, the refunded amount is credited according to the order and wallet records shown in the account.
Reseller integrations
API keys belong to the account that generated them. You must not expose them publicly or use them to bypass platform limits, access another user's data or overload the service with abusive traffic.
API behavior, service availability and supported actions may change as the platform evolves. Integrations should handle JSON error responses and temporary provider failures safely.
Use services lawfully
You may not use SMM 021 for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, unauthorized access, malicious automation or any activity that violates the rules of the target platform or applicable law.
Services can change
Prices, limits, providers and service availability can change. We may pause or remove a service when delivery quality, provider availability or platform conditions change.
Where practical, meaningful catalog changes such as price, name or capacity updates are shown on the Updates page.
Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated when platform features, payment flows or service policies change. Continued use of the platform after an update means the current terms apply to future activity.
If you have a question about an order or account action, use the support ticket system from your account.
